Designed to provide units with measurable, culture-shifting change, our flagship program helps people leaders develop sustainable productivity and workplace practices. We combine strategy, real-time implementation, and evidence-based insights. Over three months, we measure baseline and post-program wellness indicators, facilitate practical rest and recovery interventions, and provide resources to integrate rest into daily operations.
